Workshop overview

Discuss and refine your budget at a Budget Workshop 

Utilising materials you bring with you from your school you will have the opportunity to discuss, refine and cost your budget plan, including your staffing structure, with help from HCSS consultants. 

These workshops are open ended. You set your own objectives for the day using the expertise of the HCSS team while sharing ideas with other schools attending the workshop.

Our Budget Workshops are the perfect opportunity for you to:

  • Access the advice and expertise of our experienced consultants in a cost effective way
  • Ensure you're getting the most out of your HCSS Budgeting software to complete your budget in the most efficient way
  • Learn useful hints and tips and refresh your knowledge of the product features available to you

     Understanding the General Annual Grant (GAG) or Budget Share*

     Review all income streams 

  • Look into the expenditure items outside staffing structures
