Ad Hoc Consultancy
Our Ad Hoc Financial Consultancy service provides full days at the school site to undertake financial administrative work or any other work related to the financial management of the school. We charge from £495.00 per day, per Consultant plus expenses plus VAT. Examples of Ad Hoc consultancy services are provided below:
- Budget planning
- Assistance with production of all financial reports
- Strategic planning including assistance with production of school budget
- Production of financial procedures manual linked to the latest Financial Management Standard and Toolkit
- Short, medium and long term financial planning
- Setting up and training on all school financial software
- Review of funding arrangements
- Setting up and training on in-house payroll i.e. SAGE
- Financial health check (eg Pre OFSTED, National Audit Office, Pre External Assessment) for the Financial Management Standard
- Assistance with recruitment of key financial personnel
