The team also have the facility to remotely access* your pc and work directly on your software to resolve any issues.

If you have not already purchased the Software Support Package, and your Local Authority is not supporting the software, we recommend that you take advantage of this service to ensure you are able to gain maximum benefit from the software for minimum effort and cost.
