HCSS Education Ltd are looking towards a bright, exciting future, based on our commitment to continual improvement. Ambitious growth targets will keep us motivated and focused on developing the already first class service we are able to offer. We welcome and will act on client feedback, as our top priority is to maintain and constantly seek ways to improve our already high levels of customer satisfaction.
In order to achieve this goal, we will reinvest profits to develop the company, its products, services and staff. We will continue to introduce innovative new products, software and services to help you to meet the requirements of latest government initiatives. The formation of strategic partnerships within the education sector will be central to our development and to the design of new software. You will be pleased to hear that we are now able to offer a loyalty programme to reward our valued clients!
We are committed to sharing our success and putting something back into the communities in which we work in a number of ways.
With this in mind, we are planning to hold an annual Charity event, for clients, suppliers, business contacts, friends and families. The aim of this will be to raise funds for a chosen Charity each year whilst having some fun and enabling people, particularly those who deal with us primarily over the telephone, to put faces to our names. Further information on our previous events is in the “Our Achievements” section.
We will be developing our community involvement and looking at ways of encouraging and supporting employees in volunteering for community activity, whether this be as governors of schools, helping with GirlGuiding/Scouting, practical assistance given to schools, or any other form that individuals feel they can best contribute.
