The Company is committed to behaving in an ethical and socially responsible way.
We recognise that we have a responsibility to all our stakeholders, employees, customers and the communities and environments in which we live and work.
We wish to develop and maintain long term relationships with stakeholders based on trust, fairness, exceptional performance and long term sustainability.

Employees
The Company strives to attract, develop, motivate, reward and therefore retain the highest caliber of staff.
We aim to be an employer of choice and the company is committed to ensuring employees are treated fairly and with respect, and to support staff to fulfill their potential. The provision of a safe and healthy work environment is one of the key elements of our commitment to employees.
The company has determined that there are a number of core values that are to be encourages to all employees and these support our corporate social responsibility.
We encourage employees` active involvement in the development and application of the policy.
Community
We encourage staff to become involved in their local community and in charitable activities and voluntary work. Regular charitable activities will be organised by the company and support will be given to at least one national and one local charity each year.
Business Relationships
Our values embed into our business relationships, including our dealings with customers and suppliers. We treat that fairly and with respect. Our procurement process favors local, and small and medium sized businesses.
Environment
We recognise that HCSS Education has an impact on the environment and we have made a commitment to ensure that our operations take into account this impact and to minimise or eliminate any adverse effects.

The main responsibility for the implementation of this policy lies with the Managing Director; however, all employees have an important role in helping meet the requirements of this policy. This policy will be reviewed at least annually.
